AppleGamingWiki still lists the Vulkan build reaching the menu and then hanging at 91 percent on load, with plain Wine failing on OpenGL and Parallels failing on wglCreateContextAttribsARB; that page was last revised 24 August 2024, before the CrossOver 26 Vulkan work, so it may simply be stale rather than wrong. Proton reports are Platinum at 86 percent over 1197 reports, which shows the Vulkan renderer translates well in principle.
