Javelin is Windows only by design and cannot load inside a bottle, so the online modes that are the point of the game are closed; EA support threads carry a steady stream of Javelin launch errors. The Linux record tracks the retrofit precisely: ProtonDB sits at silver overall across 418 reports but the trending tier is borked. What remains is the single player campaign, which is what the Runs OK rating covers. Steam lists no macOS build.
